As a kid before each meal my dad always said, "Say grace!" My sister and I had our standard grace: "God is great, God is good..." My dad, who was a minister, always had a longer, heartfelt mealtime blessing. However, I always knew when my dad was particularly hungry. Instead of a long grace he said this quick grace: "For this food and all his blessings in His name we pray, amen!" And then he dug in! LOL!
With this memory in mind I designed a line of Grace Placemats. Each placemat features one of my signature cute kids ready to say grace, along with a short mealtime blessing. Pick the one that most closely resembles your kid!
