Owning Your Power Workshop for Kids
Students often do not believe that they have what it takes. They doubt themselves and compare themselves to others. In addition, they are hesitant to talk about, write about, or even think about their positive qualities and achievements out of fear of being perceived as being braggarts.
In this workshop, students will learn to:
- Identify their positive personal attributes
- Identify their achievements
- Articulate why they have value
Each interactive session includes discussion and 2-3 activities such as journaling, making a craft/art project, or games.
