Workshop: Responsible for What I Say and Do

In this workshop, through discussion, a craft, and role play kids ages 5-6 will learn about personal responsibility. Girl Scout Daisies can also earn their "Responsible for What I Say and Do" petal through this workshop!

Having a highly developed sense of personal responsibility is an important social emotional learning skill that helps kids feel more confident. It helps kids achieve greater success in school, in social settings, and in the community. It is also a sign of leadership.

This interactive workshop will be led by Stacey M Design founder and social emotional learning innovator, Stacey Montgomery.  It will start off with a discussion about personal responsibility, followed by a craft. The craft will then be used for a role- play activity. The final activity will involve journaling.
