ORDER MINIMUM
- $150 opening order
- $50 reorder

PAYMENT
Orders must be pre-paid before shipping by check, debit card or credit card.  Make checks payable to Stacey M Design, Inc.  Net 30 terms may be applied once a 12-month minimum of $750 has been met and credit application has been approved.  We do not ship COD.

SHIPPING

- Shipping charges will be added to invoice.
- Free shipping is offered on orders of $200 (not including international orders).

- Orders ship from Aurora, IL within 5-10 business days of receipt of order and payment via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.  Orders placed a trade shows may require more time. You will be advised of any delays. 

RETURNS

- Returns are accepted only with prior approval.

- Refund will be granted upon receipt of returned goods.

- All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

ONLINE SALES
If you are selling Stacey M Design, Inc. products through an online store, credit must be given to Stacey M Design, Inc. in product descriptions.

CONSIGNMENT
Stacey M Design, Inc. does not enter into consignment agreements.
